Orders & Customization
Reach out on WhatsApp with your references, measurements, and budget. Our specialists will walk you through every material, color, and graphic option step by step until it feels exactly right.
Everything in our catalogue: motorcycle jackets, riding gloves, reinforced denim, footwear, and complete gear bundles. If Gravlok makes it, you can personalize it from stitching color to panel materials to embossed logos.
Absolutely. We stock an extensive range of premium leathers, textile blends, and protective fabrics, and every color, panel layout, and graphic is tailored to your vision. You can even share mood boards or reference images.
No minimum. Whether you want a single bespoke jacket or a full kit for your riding club, we handle both with the same care and attention to detail.
Yes. We love building team kits with shared colors, club logos, and rider names, so your whole group looks unified on the road.
Of course. We offer embroidery, printing, and embossing, so you can add your name, a club crest, or any artwork you have in mind.
Yes. If you have a vision that does not exist in our catalogue yet, share your sketches or ideas and our team will turn them into a finished, wearable piece.
As involved as you want to be. We confirm every key detail with you before production begins, so nothing is finalized until you are completely happy with it.
In many cases yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have and what you want changed, and we will let you know which additions or alterations are possible.
Jackets: Mesh & 3 Season
They solve two different problems. The Mesh Riding Jacket is a hot weather jacket built around large high-flow air mesh panels, so it is lighter and moves far more air, but it is not waterproof. The 3 Season Jacket is a year-round shell with 100% waterproof construction and a removable inner liner, which makes it heavier and pricier but far more versatile. If most of your riding happens between May and September, take the Mesh. If you ride through rain and cold too, take the 3 Season.
No, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. Sealing a mesh jacket against water would kill the airflow that makes it worth wearing in forty degree heat. If you regularly ride through rain, the Gravlok Premium 3 Season Jacket is the right choice instead.
The shell is built to a 100% waterproof standard, not merely water repellent. It is designed to keep you dry through sustained rain rather than a brief shower, which is why it is our recommendation for monsoon season and long touring days.
Both jackets are built with CE Level 2 armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back. Whether the armor inserts themselves are included depends on the configuration you order, so message us on WhatsApp before you buy and we will confirm exactly what ships in your box. We will never let you assume you are protected when you are not.
Cordura is a high-tenacity nylon fabric and 600D refers to its yarn thickness. In plain terms it is what stands between your skin and the road in a slide. Both jackets use premium 600D Cordura across the high-impact areas, with air mesh filling the panels that do not take the hit.
Red and Blue are both in stock and listed in the shop. Fluorescent Green is also available on request for riders who want maximum daytime visibility. Any other combination can be built through our custom process.
Yes. Pull out the removable Cordura inner liner, open the two front air vents, and the rear mesh ventilation panel keeps air moving through instead of trapping it against your back. It will not breathe quite like the dedicated Mesh jacket, but it is genuinely comfortable in warm weather.
In the rear storage pocket, which is sized for exactly that. It also swallows gloves, rain gear or whatever else you are carrying, so you are not hunting for somewhere to stuff the liner at a fuel stop.
For commuting in Pakistani city traffic, the Mesh Riding Jacket usually wins, because airflow disappears at low speed and that is when a sealed jacket becomes unbearable. If your commute runs year round through winter mornings and monsoon rain, the 3 Season Jacket is the safer single purchase.
Both are available in S, M, L, XL and XXL as standard. If you fall between sizes, or you want a longer sleeve or a different chest-to-waist ratio, we can build either jacket to your own measurements instead.
Yes, both are fully customizable. Colours, panel layouts, embroidery, your name or a club logo, and made-to-measure sizing are all on the table. Start on the Customize page or message us on WhatsApp with your references.
The 3 Season Jacket is built for it, with the waterproof shell, removable liner, adjustable waist straps and dual-access utility pockets all aimed at long days in the saddle. The Mesh jacket is excellent for summer touring specifically, provided you carry a rain layer.
Yes. The Mesh jacket uses reflective piping through the panels and the 3 Season jacket carries reflective detailing across the body. Given how much riding in Pakistan happens after sunset to avoid the heat, we treat this as a core feature rather than a styling touch.
Sizing & Fit
We provide a detailed measurement guide on WhatsApp. Once you share your measurements, our tailoring team reviews them and may suggest small refinements before production begins, because a perfect fit is never optional for us.
Yes. If anything feels off once your gear arrives, contact us within 14 days and we will assess the issue and arrange alterations or a replacement depending on the situation.
Absolutely, and with pride. Our sizing system accounts for female proportions, and we have had outstanding feedback from women riders around the world. Your gear will fit like it was made for you, because it was.
That is exactly where custom gear shines. We build to your real measurements instead of a fixed size chart, so there is no guesswork and no compromise on comfort.
Yes. Because every piece is made to your measurements, we comfortably accommodate every body type, including plus sizes and taller frames.
We can. Share the measurements of the piece that fits you well, and we will use it as a reference to recreate that same comfortable feel in your new gear.
Good riding gear should feel snug without restricting movement, with armor sitting correctly when you are in your riding position. We factor in your posture on the bike so the fit feels right where it matters most.
Definitely. Tell us your experience and the kind of riding you do, and our team will guide you through measurements and fit choices so your first set of gear is spot on.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the materials, complexity, and finishing you choose. We always share a clear quote on WhatsApp before you commit, so you know the full cost upfront.
Because custom builds vary so much from rider to rider, a single fixed price rarely fits. We quote each project based on your exact specifications so you only pay for what you choose.
We accept several convenient options, which our team will walk you through on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
Yes. A deposit confirms your order and lets us begin sourcing materials, with the remaining balance settled before your gear ships.
Never. We finalize your design, pricing, and timeline together first, so nothing moves forward until you have given the go ahead.
No. We believe in transparent pricing, so your quote, any shipping costs, and timelines are all discussed openly before you pay anything.
Yes. Larger orders such as club kits and group builds qualify for friendlier pricing. Share your numbers with us and we will put together a fair quote.
We do our best to quote in a currency that is convenient for you, and we confirm the final amount clearly before any payment is made.

Materials & Safety
Our gear is built to meet or exceed CE certification standards for motorcycle protective equipment, with CE rated armor at the shoulders, elbows, back, knees, and hips where applicable.
We use full grain cowhide and select buffalo leather for our performance jackets, both prized for abrasion resistance and durability. We also offer premium textile options for touring and city riding.
Armor is positioned at high impact zones such as the shoulders, elbows, back, knees, and hips, depending on the product. We can also adjust placement on custom builds.
Our textile gear uses abrasion resistant fabrics and the same CE rated armor as our leather lineup. The best choice depends on your climate and riding style, and we are always happy to advise.
Yes. On custom orders you can configure armor zones and protection levels, so you can build in exactly as much coverage as you want.
We build for hot, cold, and wet conditions using ventilation panels, removable thermal liners, and weather resistant materials. Tell us where and how you ride and we will tailor the build.
We use heavy duty zippers and quality buckles, straps, and D rings chosen to survive daily riding and the demands of the road.
Leather offers excellent abrasion resistance and a classic feel, while textile is often lighter, more versatile, and better ventilated. Share your riding habits and we will recommend the right fit for you.
Care & Maintenance
Use a quality leather conditioner every 3 to 4 months and store your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid machine washing, and follow the care guide we include with every leather product.
For textile gear, spot clean with a mild detergent and let it air dry, following the care guide included with your order. Remove any armor before cleaning the shell.
Leather should never be machine washed. Some textile pieces can handle gentle washing, so always check the care guide that comes with your gear first.
Clean and condition your gear, then store it on a sturdy hanger under a breathable cover in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This keeps the materials supple and ready for next season.
A little zipper wax or a soft graphite rub usually helps a stiff zipper glide again. If the problem continues, message us and we will help you sort it out.
Always remove the armor before cleaning the outer shell, keep it dry, and store it flat. Replace any armor that has taken a heavy impact.
With proper care, our gear is built to last for years of riding. Quality materials and solid construction mean your gear ages well and keeps protecting you mile after mile.
Returns, Warranty & Support
Yes. Our gear is covered against manufacturing defects. If something is not right because of how it was made, we will repair or replace it.

If production has not started yet, cancellation is usually straightforward. Once we have begun cutting materials, what is possible depends on how far along your order is, so reach out as soon as you can.
