Communications sent via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel to our team may be retained for quality assurance and customer support purposes.

WhatsApp Communications
Gravlok uses WhatsApp as a primary customer communication channel. By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to us using this channel to respond to your queries and send order-related updates.
WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service, which are separate from Gravlok's. We encourage you to review WhatsApp's policies independently.
We do not store WhatsApp conversations on external servers. Messages remain within the WhatsApp platform and are handled in accordance with WhatsApp's data practices.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected — typically the duration of your relationship with Gravlok plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
Order data including measurements, communications, and transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Your Rights below). Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your data from our active records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
