By accessing or using any Gravlok product, service, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Gravlok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

All Gravlok products — including jackets, pants, gloves, boots, and helmets — are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

Custom orders are final once confirmed. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, materials and production slots have already been allocated to your order.

Gravlok makes every effort to represent products accurately in images and descriptions. However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen display differences or natural material characteristics. These do not constitute a defect.

Custom gear dimensions and specifications are based entirely on measurements provided by the customer. Gravlok is not liable for fit issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete measurement information.

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. International orders may be quoted in USD or EUR. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full (or as per agreed deposit structure) before production begins. We accept bank transfers, major debit and credit cards, and selected digital payment methods as communicated at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error on our website or in communications, Gravlok reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than honor the incorrect price.

Taxes, duties, and import fees applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our quoted prices.

Production timelines for custom orders typically range from 2–4 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to material availability, production volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

Gravlok ships internationally via trusted courier partners. Tracking information is provided via WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines vary by destination.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. All shipments are insured in transit. In case of loss or damage, customers must notify Gravlok within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Gravlok is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, strikes, or courier network failures.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a verifiable manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective item, contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with photos documenting the issue. We will assess and resolve the matter through repair, alteration, or replacement at our discretion.

Alterations may be offered at a nominal cost depending on the nature and extent of the change. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for alteration.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered by a third party are not eligible for any form of return or replacement under our policy.

All content on the Gravlok website and in our communications — including text, images, logos, designs, and product concepts is the exclusive property of Gravlok and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Gravlok content for commercial purposes without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing with proper attribution is permitted.

Custom designs created by Gravlok based on client briefs remain the intellectual property of Gravlok unless a separate IP assignment agreement has been signed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravlok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Gravlok gear is designed for motorcycling use. We do not guarantee that our products will prevent injury in all circumstances. Riders are responsible for riding safely and within the limits of the law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gravlok regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
